Jo, Hubs went through a similar overnight sleep study a few years ago. He didn’t care how he looked but I would have - that’s us girls, right? He has sleep apnea and now has a CPAP machine. I hope your experience, while freaky, helps with your sleep issues. 💖

Thank you for this, Claudia. Amazing how many people have apnea, as I'm learning from readers. Wow. I kind of hope I won't need one, but I will have to try it!

A weird experience, for sure. But if you get a book out of it . . . win-win.

Super weird, HC! But right!? I'll always take inspiration. On-the-ground details also help a lot.

Oh gosh, I cannot sleep in hospitals and it's torture to make you do a sleep study there!

Well, same. I'd show up for my sleep study with a bottle of melatonin in one hand and sleeping pills in the other.

I don't think they like it when you do that, lol . . . but hey, anything for sleep.
